I’m writing this letter/review to express how happy and how I was treated when I worked with realtor Kola Gjolaj and his team. He was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with me, during the sale of my house. We had some difficult moments in the selling of the house that I’m not sure any other realtor would have had the patience to deal with me on these issues and walk me through them as methodical and calm as he did. I wasn’t entirely sure what the process would entail and how much work it would take, but Kola was very informative and you could tell right off the bat that he knew his career and had my best interests in mind. Kol was my guardian angel during a very difficult time in my life. At the same time I was losing my condo, I came into a small amount of money to find a new home. Kol went above and beyond to help me find a safe place to live within my budget. The most amazing gift was he offered me his flip team to remodel my new purchase.
